For the past seven years Richie Daniels has been the driving force behind one of the South Shore's most popular restaurants. Serving as head chef at this all-American contemporary diner, Richie has been responsible for the award-winning meals being served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. From traditional comfort food to the latest trends, Richie has been providing his customers with cuisine that has made Stars a favorite for people of all ages.

For over twenty two years Richie has cooked in home-style kitchens throughout the South Shore. Since his first cooking job at age 13, from which he was fired when his true age was revealed, Richie knew he wanted to be a chef. His culinary degree from Quincy Vocational High School laid the groundwork for his successful career.

This South Shore native says his experience cooking in diners has helped shape his food philosophy over the past two decades. Efficiency, variety and quality have become the backbone of the Stars experience with Richie at the helm.
